Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your labels. Whether you're ordering from our quirky ready-to-ship collections or creating your own custom design, we've designed our policies to be clear and fair.

Ready-to-Ship Labels

Faulty Items
If your labels arrive with a manufacturing defect (misprint, poor fold, wrong design), please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or credit.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a ready-to-ship purchase, you can return unopened packs within 14 days of delivery. Returned packs must be in original, unused condition.

  • Return postage is at your cost.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

We recommend using tracked shipping for peace of mind. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.


Custom Label Orders

Production & Turnaround
Custom labels are made-to-order with a typical turnaround of 5–7 weeks from artwork approval.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a custom label order:

  • Before production has started: a 20% cancellation fee applies (due to artwork setup and planning).
  • After production has started: unfortunately, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds for Faulty Custom Orders
If your custom labels arrive with a production error (e.g., incorrect design, significant misalignment), please notify us within 7 days. We’ll assess the issue and may offer a reprint or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Due to the bespoke nature of custom labels, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.


How to Start a Return or Claim

Please contact us via our contact form with your order number, or reply to your order confirmation email. Please provide a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll get back to you within 3 business days.
