Yes! We offer custom woven labels starting from a minimum of 500 pieces. Simply upload your artwork and we'll guide you through the setup process. Our turnaround time is typically 5–7 weeks.

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom labels?

Yes, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom woven labels is 500 units.

Can I cancel a custom label order?

Custom orders can be cancelled before production starts, with a 50% cancellation fee. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.

How will my labels be shipped?

Do you offer international shipping?

What if my labels arrive damaged or incorrect?

Can I wash garments with these woven labels?

Yes! Our woven labels are made to withstand regular washing and wear. We recommend washing garments on a gentle cycle in cool water and line drying where possible.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time. All orders are shipped from our warehouse via Australia Post or courier.
