A New Chapter in Our Maker Journey
Before launching labels, you might have known us as Cloth Cuts, a much-loved hub for Aussie sewists since 2019. What started as a small fabric store quickly became a vibrant part of the handmade community, known for fun designs and quality textiles.
As I cut fabric, tested prints, and packed orders, a new idea kept tugging at me. What if labels could be more than just practical? What if they captured the personality and pride behind every handmade piece?
And so, The Label Club came to life. Designed for makers who love the details, it's where personality-packed woven labels meet professional quality, and every stitch celebrates your craft.

The creative mind behind The Label Club
My name is Michal, and I am the head designer, social media marketer, order packer, but most importantly, a mum of two wonderful kids. I juggle business with mum life, but I am committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience.
I've been sewing since I was little, growing up just outside Rockhampton where I made my first quilt at five (with a little help from Mum). Crafting has always been part of my life, from sewing and sculpting as a teen to running my own handmade business.
In 2019, I joined Cloth Cuts to test fabrics and design prints, eventually running the whole show with Andrew. These days, I handle label design, social media, and customer care from our home in Queensland, while Andrew looks after tech, ops, and troubleshooting.
Our two kids are often the first to see new designs and the last to help pack a Saturday night rush. The Label Club is my way of celebrating creativity in all its chaos, and giving fellow makers the kind of labels I always wanted for my own work — vibrant, personal, and made to last.
